Responsibilities
Deliver advanced analytics and insights to marketing, communications, PR, and digital teams
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data-driven marketing strategies
Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI techniques to real-world marketing problems
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
Translate analytical outputs into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
Support governance, data quality, and responsible AI practices
Influence adoption of data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated depth in data science with the ability to clearly articulate and defend prior analytical, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions delivered in production environments
Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on programming experience in Python, including applied work in statistical modeling, machine learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying data science and AI solutions with measurable business impact and return on investment
Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating analytical findings into scalable, actionable outputs
Strong understanding of modern ML and AI techniques, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and communicate emerging approaches, including LLM-related capabilities, where appropriate
Ability to clearly articulate the strategic value, limitations, and risks of ML and AI solutions to senior leadership, including executive and board-level audiences
Demonstrated ability to operate in an agile, fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on technical execution with evolving business priorities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely solutions
Preferred
Prior exposure to Public Markets, Asset Management, or Private Credit environments is strongly preferred
Master's or Doctorate in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
