The HVAC Technician will inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate service reports.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients
Conduct client site visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and service
Participate in kickoff meetings and support planning efforts for key installations or service jobs
Qualification
Required
Strong soft skill acumen and ability to operate in both residential and commercial settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
