Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web applications, ranging from individual components to full page layouts
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
Produce graphic assets and visual elements that align with brand guidelines
Design polished UI designs with attention to typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Work within established design systems while identifying opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Design interaction states, micro-animations, and visual feedback for user actions
Maintain consistency across projects by adhering to existing design standards and documentation
Apply UX principles to inform visual design decisions
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a UI-focused approach
Proven ability to work within established design systems and brand guidelines
Portfolio demonstrating polished UI execution and strong visual design skills
Experience designing for web-based applications and responsive layouts
Preferred
Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/Astro)
Experience conducting user research or usability testing
Familiarity with accessibility standards
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization techniques and how to implement them into web UIs
Knowledge of design tokens and component-based design systems
Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite
