AI Solutions Architect
RapidCanvas is a trusted partner for transforming businesses with AI through their hybrid enterprise AI platform. They are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of bespoke AI projects, focusing on customer success and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Data Science to deeply understand the customer’s business context and challenges
Define clear problem statements, document current state processes, and align on success criteria and KPIs
Design solution architecture and data flow diagrams tailored to each use case
Assess data feasibility and AI-fit for the proposed use case
Set up technical and collaboration workspaces (Slack, Drive, JIRA, etc.) with naming and access discipline
Own the customer relationship post-sale, acting as the single point of accountability
Manage the execution and implementation of the solution, ensuring clarity of scope, timeline, and handoffs
Lead all internal and customer-facing check-ins, with clear agendas, follow-ups, and next-step ownership
Facilitate UAT and deployment, ensuring measurable outcomes are validated
Maintain rigorous documentation: dataset inventories, architectural diagrams, solution design docs, etc
Ensure consistent file naming, visual branding, and version control across all customer-facing material
Keep Slack, HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence spaces current and synchronized
Proactively escalate blockers, risks, or unclear ownership to leadership with proposed resolutions
Identify expansion opportunities based on solution usage and customer success metrics
Collaborate with Product to feed back client needs and usage patterns into roadmap priorities
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the client, helping them envision and prioritize future AI investments
Qualification
Required
At least six (6) years in a hybrid technical+customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Customer Success, Engagement Manager, etc.)
Strong understanding of applied Data Science, ML, GenAI (e.g., LLM Prompting, RAG)
Demonstrated success delivering AI or data-driven solutions in a consulting or startup setting
Excellent storytelling and business value articulation skills for both technical and executive audiences
Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and follow-through
Professional fluency in English is required

Global client experience is strongly preferred
Prior experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high expectations for ownership and delivery
