Operations Research Analyst (Schedule Analysis), Associate Principal

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, complex DoD acquisition programs
Perform schedule risk assessments for weapon system programs, including the development of schedule logic, identification of driving paths, and critical dependencies
Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulation techniques to quantify schedule uncertainty and identify key risk drivers
Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate schedule risks and improve program execution
Support planning and execution of customer engagements, including standing up new schedule management processes or improving existing processes
Interface directly with government program managers, technical leads, and executive leadership, delivering clear, concise schedule briefings and decision-support products
Support proposal efforts, contract start-up activities, and transition-in planning as required

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a scheduling, planning, or schedule risk role within a defense, space, or federal acquisition environment
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience using MS Project or comparable scheduling tools
Proven experience evaluating schedule risk on complex, multi-disciplinary programs, including hands-on experience conducting Monte Carlo-based schedule risk analyses
Experience planning and executing customer engagements, particularly with new customers, to implement or enhance schedule management practices
Demonstrated ability to brief and interact with executive-level stakeholders, translating complex schedule data into decision-quality insights
