Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support, resolving issues related to software applications, policies and procedures

Manage technology application updates across the portfolio to ensure compliance with legislation and process changes

Support new community and software pilot setups, including quality checks and administrative requirements

Partner with onsite teams through site visits, training, and support to provide feedback and ensure smooth technology adoption and usage

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

Two to three years IT support or multifamily operations experience required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience with RealPage or other multifamily technical system experience preferred
