Responsibilities
Understand strategic and technical aspects of securing cloud identities, with a keen eye on emerging threats and our industry’s response to them
Set strategic and technical direction for the team’s projects
Influence and shape the team's culture and process
Communicate/negotiate to build consensus and influence leadership and partners
Collaborate across multiple google cloud platform and technical infrastructure teams to drive alignment, and when needed drive complex cross team initiatives to a landing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go
3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management)
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
Experience in Collaboration, Testing, Team Building, Stakeholder Management, Project Execution, Project Planning, Team Management, and Product Roadmaps
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
