Redesign and redevelop the company website with a modern, professional UI/UX
Build responsive, mobile-friendly layouts
Optimize website performance, speed, and security
Implement SEO and accessibility best practices
Develop and maintain lead capture forms, CTAs, and analytics tracking
Integrate marketing and CRM tools as needed
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Manage ongoing website updates and improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Web Developer
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with CMS platforms or frameworks (WordPress, Webflow, React, etc.)
Experience building marketing or corporate websites
Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and responsive design
Ability to manage projects independently
Preferred
Experience with B2B or construction/industrial websites
Familiarity with CRO, analytics, and branding
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
