Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with healthcare business requirements
Define scalable data models for patients, care plans, providers, and clinical interactions
Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance for Health Cloud implementations
Build and configure OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce , and declarative tools
Configure Health Cloud features such as Patient Profiles, Care Plans, Timeline, and Clinical Data Model
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs , Platform Events, and middleware
Support interoperability standards such as FHIR/HL7 (preferred)
Oversee data migration, data quality, and security for sensitive healthcare data
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and clinical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to developers
Review code, ensure adherence to Salesforce and healthcare compliance best practices
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity)
OmniScripts
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
FlexCards
Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data sharing, and compliance
Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Support interoperability standards such as FHIR/HL7
