Responsibilities
Collaborate with the ERP Functional Application Manager to design and implement Oracle NetSuite solutions based on business requirements
Configure and customize NetSuite modules and related applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and usability
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns related to Oracle NetSuite functionality
Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding of Oracle NetSuite features and capabilities
Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle NetSuite
Collaborate with implementation partner teams for advanced issue resolution and bug fixes, ensuring minimal impact on business operations
Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle NetSuite and other enterprise applications
Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution
Assist in the development of custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance the functionality of Oracle NetSuite
Collaborate with developers to implement advanced customizations and integrations
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity within Oracle NetSuite
Work with cross-functional teams to perform testing and validation of new features and system updates
Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes within Oracle NetSuite
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Stay abreast of Oracle NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices
Make recommendations for system improvements based on emerging technologies and business needs
Qualification
Required
Experience with Oracle NetSuite solutions implementation and configuration
Ability to configure and customize NetSuite modules and related applications
Experience in providing user support and training for Oracle NetSuite
Strong troubleshooting skills for functional and technical issues within Oracle NetSuite
Experience in integration management with other enterprise applications
Ability to assist in the development of custom scripts, workflows, and reports for Oracle NetSuite
Experience in conducting quality assurance audits for data accuracy and system integrity
Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices
