Responsibilities
Strategic Knowledge Management: Own the knowledge and associated resources for the assigned centralized core Sunrun functions, which involves designing, managing, and refining core learning assets
Content Creation & Curation: Build centralized learning resources, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and learning modules to maintain a company-wide 'Single Source of Truth.' Ensure resources are clear, accurate, and standardized
Stakeholder Partnership: Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies. Act as a thought partner to business leaders. You will consult on problems and goals first, then design the solution, rather than simply executing tactical requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement
Content Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of creating, auditing, and maintaining a 'Single Source of Truth' to eliminate content sprawl
Stakeholder Partnership: Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies. Act as a thought partner to business leaders. You will consult on problems and goals first, then design the solution, rather than simply executing tactical requests
Simplification: Ability to take 'technical jargon' and turn it into clear, punchy, and easy-to-follow information or instruction
Change Management: Understands how to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can execute on and partner with the business to ensure information clarity through change
Self-Direction: Proven ability to thrive in a 'lean team' environment, prioritizing high-impact work without needing constant oversight
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly, ask thoughtful questions, follow up, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Highly Skilled in Communication
Preferred
Skilled in using mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Asana to organize complex data
Experience using knowledge management and instructional design tools, such as Articulate (examples) preferred
Experience working with Salesforce preferred
