This role involves interaction with various departments to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Responsibilities
Control, monitor, and redistribute fixed asset instruments
Review and process asset requests for completeness
Track depreciation and manage disposition records for removed assets
Coordinate transfers between regions and inventory with Divisional VP approval
Lead and execute annual fixed asset physical inventory across HQ and regions
Reconcile the CIP (Construction in Progress) account and validate project completion
Collaborate with Divisional Managers to monitor lab and demo inventory
Maintain accurate fixed asset data and reporting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; additional education preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Great Plains or Dynamics 365 is a plus
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience with inventory control and process management
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
