InternMatcon Limited is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Interns to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and operational efficiency projects, supporting ongoing initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities
Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
Help design and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events
Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
