Responsibilities
Administer and manage VMware (vSphere / ESXi) environments in production
Own end-to-end infrastructure operations including servers, identity, cloud, networking, and security
Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments including hybrid identity
Oversee Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP administration
Build and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
Manage storage, backups, monitoring, and system performance
Implement automation using PowerShell and support CI/CD integrations
Handle network fundamentals including VLANs, subnetting, routing basics, and firewall administration
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on VMware (vSphere / ESXi) experience in production environments (recent 1–3 years preferred)
Proven ownership of full infrastructure environments (not limited to ticket-based support)
Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity
PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Strong communication skills and stable career progression
USC or Green Card required
Preferred
Experience supporting State or Government environments
Exposure to Azure networking fundamentals
GitHub integrations and CI/CD pipeline experience
Endpoint security and firewall administration
