Responsibilities
Serve as a working leader scheduling and assigning work to employees
Maintain a wide range of electronic control systems by performing installation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to isolate malfunctions within integrated electronic systems
Evaluate electronic system performance by applying theories of circuits, wave forms, and propagation to interpret and analyze test data
Operate advanced test equipment to identify, isolate, and diagnose system malfunctions
Qualification
Required
Ability to do the work of an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic Leader without more than normal supervision
Must possess the ability to perform common duties of a working leader giving directions, demonstrate work procedures, and test and repair missile systems and components
Ability to Lead or Supervise
Ability to Plan and Organize Work
Ingenuity (Ability to Suggest and Apply New Methods)
Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, and Repair, etc
Theory of Electronics
Troubleshooting (Electronic Equipment)
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation

This position is subject to a pre-employment screening and random testing
This position requires an Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AAE) Security Certification/Screening in accordance AR 190-11
This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment
