The role involves supporting personal trading and the Code of Ethics, managing employee account disclosures, and overseeing personal trading activities.

Responsibilities
Support Personal Trading and Code of Ethics in the US
Review and manage employee personal account disclosures
Link accounts to broker data feeds
Liaison with external advisors to acquire required documentation for managed accounts
Request and monitor receipt of personal account statements
Oversee and assist in employee personal trading
This includes, but is not limited to, responding to employee inquiries, submitting trade requests, and reviewing trade requests
Review and resolve daily transaction related cases for potential personal trading violations
Perform periodic reconciliations of broker data feeds, personal accounts, and account statements
Review and manage Code of Ethics disclosures including private investments, outside activities, related persons, political contributions, and gifts/entertainment
Onboard new hires and offboard terminated employees in internal systems
Circulate employee certifications and address employee inquiries
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with Starcompliance required
Analytical and detail oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Ability to work independently and within a team
