Responsibilities

Design realistic and technically rigorous Git workflow scenarios (e.g., merge conflicts, interactive rebases, recovery workflows, repository history analysis)

Author deterministic task prompts with clearly verifiable success criteria

Implement automated test suites (pytest) to validate repository state, commit history, and workflow correctness

Develop reproducible reference solutions using documented Git commands

Create grading rubrics separating objective validation from qualitative assessment

Conduct peer QA reviews to ensure clarity and technical accuracy

Qualification

Required

3+ years of professional experience working extensively with Git in production environments

Advanced knowledge of Git internals and workflows (merging strategies, interactive rebase, reflog, bisect, branch manipulation, recovery techniques)

Proficiency in Python and shell scripting

Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience designing technical assessments or benchmarking frameworks

Familiarity with Docker and reproducible development environments
