Responsibilities
Provide day to day support of Operational and Engineering issues within FOM
Lead in troubleshooting of systems
Complete monthly system operational cost analysis
Analyze data to predict utility usage
Responsible for monitoring current system demands and capacity concerns
Investigate ways to reduce the cost of maintenance or improvement projects
Lead team to create & modify DCS / FMCS system to improve efficiency or operation of systems
Implement processes & procedures to improve and standardize work across the team & site
Provide coaching to junior engineers
Coordinates Facilities equipment improvement projects
Leads Task Force Teams (TFT)
Perform cost/benefit analysis and engineering recommendation
Develop standard operating procedures and assist in implementation
Train facilities personnel on new system and proper operations
Communicates technical information to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8+ years of experience
Previous experience in plant operations or design engineering
Exhibit commitment to a safe, reliable, and efficient work environment
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate strong analytical skills for assessing problems and developing corrective actions
Show ability to take initiative and drive for results
Possess excellent time management and priority setting skills while having the ability to effectively advance multiple activities simultaneously and enable on-time project delivery
Have ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Inclusively and collaboratively solve problems with input from all disciplines, teams and stakeholders
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and ability to take ownership for issue resolution
Be proficient with Microsoft Windows based applications
Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming languages and ANSI/ISA-101.01-2015 standard for Human-Machine Interfaces
Possess strong working knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols (i.e. Ethernet/IP, Modbus, BACnet)
Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify issues and provide solutions to closure
Able to influence up, down, and across the organization to create and drive change
A history of 'hands-on' approach to problem solving and countermeasure implementation within own areas of responsibility
Experience working at an advanced manufacturing facility such as a semiconductor manufacturing plant
