Genesys Cloud - Architect
NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a Genesys Cloud Architect to design and develop Genesys Cloud CX components and call flows. The role involves extensive experience in Genesys Cloud administration, configuration, and implementation, along with developing APIs and integrating AI bots into the routing framework.
Responsibilities
7+ Years of experience in designing and developing on Genesys Cloud CX Components and Genesys Architect Call Flows
7+ Years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration configuration and implementation
Should have developed Architect Call flow from scratch for Routing / Agent & Queue selection Logics, hand-on experience in Cloud API’s / On-Prem API’s integration
Strong experience in developing Java Scripts/Node.js, REST and SOAP APIs and Genesys Cloud API’s
Experience in creating Workspace dashboard for monitoring Queue Activity, Agent performance, and Interactions
Strong experience in Genesys Cloud Admin configurations including - Contact Center, Telephony, Integrations, Routing, people, and permissions, Outbound etc
Experience in building / integrating AI BOT’s to Routing framework
Experience in installing and configuring APIs through Genesys AppFoundry
Experience is troubleshooting various Genesys Config and Routing related issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

7+ Years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration configuration and implementation

Prior experience in Genesys On-Prem solutions, understanding about various Genesys components and composer development
Exposure in advance JAVA (J2EE/JSP) developments and/or advance API development/scripting integrations
Telecommunication background and experience with VOIP/SIP/CTI standards and technologies
Preferable to have, Genesys Cloud CX – Certified Profession and Genesys Cloud CX- Architect Specialist
