Quality Assurance & Resolution Analyst

Responsibilities
Assist, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Monitor product performance trends and proactively address recurring quality concerns
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary escalation point for quality-related issues involving manufacturers and suppliers
Investigate product defects, warranty claims, or customer complaints to determine root cause
Partner with manufacturers to implement corrective and preventive actions
Track resolution progress and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
Provide expert guidance and resolution strategies to customer service and sales teams
Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue findings, next steps, outcomes and recommend solutions
Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
Document all quality incidents, resolutions, and corrective actions in internal systems
Analyze quality metrics and generate reports for leadership review
Identify trends and recommend process or product improvements to reduce future issues
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
Support training initiatives on quality standards, compliance, and resolution procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Min. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Product Resolution roles
Proven experience working directly with manufacturers or suppliers to resolve product issues
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers
