Responsibilities
Manage & support servers, storage, virtualization, OS, and cloud platforms
Act as the site SME for IT systems infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve system & network issues across MFG, QC & corporate teams
Lead system integrations, upgrades, patching & maintenance
Ensure GMP compliance, documentation & audit readiness
Collaborate with global IT teams and deliver user training
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
Background in pharma/biotech/healthcare manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, system integration & compliance
Preferred
Experience with MES, ERP, LIMS, QMS, LMS systems is a big plus
Azure / VMware / CompTIA certifications preferred
