Responsibilities
Ensure safety by following company and client worksite policies; promote accident-free practices daily
Uphold company Core Values to foster and safeguard culture
Participate in RFP processes, reviewing plans, specifications, and bid packages
Provide close support to Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
Suggest improvements to project delivery processes
Manage, mentor, and develop colleagues
Interact with customers to validate expectations before, during, and after project completion
Support and oversee subcontractors
Review contracts, work orders, and purchase orders for scope alignment
Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate with field operations to ensure materials and equipment availability
Manage customer acceptance and signoff
Own change management process—identify scope impacts, communicate, and resolve
Partner with QA/QC teams; review and validate test results (OTDR, Power Meter, etc.)
Maintain up to date redline throughout build lifecycle
Lead preparation of closeout documentation for timely, organized, customer-ready submittals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years' construction industry experience in a similar role
Experience with ISP large, structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline (relevant experience may substitute)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other industry applications
Strong leadership presence: ability to mentor junior staff, lead site walks, and represent telecom discipline

OSHA-30 Hour certification
BICSI TECH certification
BICSI OSP certification
BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
