RF Engineer – Level 2

The role involves driving the design, analysis, and integration of RF systems to enhance aircraft capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities
Perform RF engineering analyses, including antenna performance, link budgets, and interference mitigation
Support the design, test, and integration of radios, antennas, and related hardware
Collaborate with system and software teams to translate requirements into RF‑specific solutions
Generate technical documentation and reports for design reviews and certification
Participate in troubleshooting and sustainment activities for fielded aircraft
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in RF Engineering, a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
Basic knowledgeable of Communication systems to include radios, antennas, and/or other related communication subsystems
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Experience with design, development, and integration of Communication systems
Proficient in system engineering processes
Experience with RF analysis; Co-site, Antenna Pattern, and Link budgets
Knowledge of Military and/or Government programs
