Responsibilities
Assist the Land Operations team in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support the scheduling and tracking of escrow deposits and releases under supervision
Help maintain and organize filing systems and project documentation
Assist with obtaining permits (e.g., demolition, well abandonment) by preparing applications and coordinating required documents
Shadow and learn from the Land Development Manager, and other team members, through weekly training and observation sessions
Provide general administrative support to the Land Department as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned, tailored to the intern’s areas of interest and professional development objectives
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a 4 year college majoring in construction, real estate, marketing, or business-related degree
