Responsibilities
Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images
Ensure desktop images comply with organizational security and compliance standards
Configure and manage Intune Autopilot profiles and perform PowerShell scripting
Implement and support Azure AD join and hybrid join automations
Manage and deploy Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates
Validate updates in test environments prior to production rollout
Troubleshoot update failures and deployment issues
Manage endpoint configuration and policy management including GPOs, Intune Device Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, and Compliance Policies
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS)
Candidates must be local to Southington, CT
Experience in building, customizing, and maintaining Windows desktop images using tools such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Experience in integrating drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images
Ability to ensure desktop images comply with organizational security and compliance standards
Experience in configuring and managing Intune Autopilot profiles and performing PowerShell scripting
Experience in implementing and supporting Azure AD join and hybrid join automations
Experience in managing and deploying Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates
Ability to validate updates in test environments prior to production rollout
Experience in troubleshooting update failures and deployment issues
