Boston University is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the College of Engineering's Undergraduate Programs Office. The role involves providing support to the office, managing logistics for events, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
Education
Responsibilities
Provide support to the College of Engineering's Undergraduate Programs Office (UPO)
Be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, students, faculty, and staff
Support the operational needs of the Undergraduate Programs Office by keeping inventory and replenishment of supplies
Track/monitor/reconcile associated costs
Coordinate logistics for seminars, meetings, and events
Include space reservations, catering orders, AV equipment needs
Oversee UPO calendars
Schedule appointments
Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot issues when necessary
Organize and publish the weekly newsletter
Qualification
Required
Associates degree and 1-3 years of experience
3-5 years of experience handling office logistics may substitute for an Associate's degree
