Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques
Facility evaluation, planning, permitting, preliminary and final design and construction administration for water and wastewater facilities
Design and construction related to municipal street, water distribution and wastewater collection systems
Qualification
Required
BS degree
Texas PE or EIT registration
minimum of 3 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment plant improvement projects
excellent design and communication skills
fully competent engineer
evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques
experience in facility evaluation, planning, permitting, preliminary and final design and construction administration for water and wastewater facilities
public utility system experience
BS degree
PE or EIT registration
minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
