New Grad, Entry LevelThe Haskell Company is seeking a Design Associate II - Civil in Charlotte, NC. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for producing innovative designs and specifications for civil engineering projects while coordinating with other disciplines and fulfilling experience requirements for the PE exam.

Responsibilities
Participates in project strategy meetings within discipline, develops design concepts, and produces pricing and proposal presentation documents
Researches and is responsible for discipline design compliance with proposal/client criteria
Prepares design for hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities, and erosion sediment control design approach
Ability to read and understand design documents and specifications
Partners with technical efforts of discipline engineers, designers, technicians, and/or interns assigned to the project
Meet civil design schedule to align with target dates for deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
AutoDesk Civil 3D (current version)
Stormwater Hydrologic and Hydraulic design software
Ability to read and understand design documents and specifications
Preferred
Internship experience in civil engineering design experience
