Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing using SAP
Serves as a subject matter expert in payroll operations, wage and hour compliance, union contracts, and system optimization
Partners closely with HR, Finance, Labor Relations, and Compliance
Supports payroll integration during mergers and acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or equivalent experience
5–7 years of multi-state payroll experience
Experience with union payrolls and hourly workforce
Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll taxation, and compliance
