Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and implementation of D365 CRM solutions
Architect scalable and secure CRM systems using D365, Azure, and .NET
Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations
Integrate D365 with external systems (SAP, third-party apps, APIs)
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance
Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps
Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and governance standards
Mentor junior developers and manage offshore/onshore teams
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
