Responsibilities
Launch support of automotive exterior component parts in manufacturing plant
Excellent product knowledge of Interior trim components (Pillar trims, Floor console, Instrument panel, Carpet and headliner)
Check the quality of components and identify defects if any
Find the root cause of product issues and provide temporary countermeasure
Work with cross functional team in the plant to find a permanent solution / design fix for ongoing issues
Create a CAD proposal in Catia V6 and support change management
Collaborate with key Interior trim system and plastic component suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and production build events
Qualification
Required
minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive Interior components and subsystem
Launch support of automotive exterior component parts in manufacturing plant
Excellent product knowledge of Interior trim components (Pillar trims, Floor console, Instrument panel, Carpet and headliner)
Check the quality of components and identify defects if any
