Responsibilities
Reconcile budgets with expenses
Monitor Concur expense reports
Ensure accurate fund transfers, remove deficits, monitor endowed funds
Track financial commitments and project budgets over multiple years
Work closely with financial partners and part-time budget manager
Preparing program and faculty rosters
Track and manage materials and deadlines for administrative processes (performance reviews, conflict of interest forms, faculty salary reviews)
Develop committee polls, lists, reminders; track responses and attendance
Organize meeting notes, agendas and action items
Support executive committee meetings and application/selection processes, including grantmaking
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work, whether working independently or as part of a team
Financial, accounting, and budget experience
Effective and responsive communicator with diverse populations (written and oral)
Project management experience with strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, collaboration tools, including OneDrive and Google Drive, and ability to independently learn other systems, including various internal systems and Google forms
Bachelor's degree
Ability to work in-person
Preferred
Candidates with prior experience working in a similar capacity within the higher education environment are highly encouraged to apply
