Responsibilities
Align multiple projects with the company's broader strategic goals and manage dependencies across teams. You will be driving the delivery of key initiatives across the team
Help to mitigate risks that are discovered by the larger team by collaborating with different teams within the organization
Establish and refine project management methodologies to improve team velocity and quality
You’ll build cross functional relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate open collaboration, and communicate decisions and updates across teams. Ensure all relevant documents and decisions are saved and accessible for audit and review
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to track progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
Champion a culture of teamwork and proactive problem-solving within the team and across stakeholder groups
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience working in program management
At least 2 years of experience in data strategy
At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management
At least 2 years of experience in risk mitigation
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
Experience in a technology or cybersecurity organization
5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
3+ years of experience in data strategy
2+ years of experience in eDiscovery
2+ years of experience in GenAI
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
