Guest Facilitator – Youth Life Skills Program (Paid)
Mother of Mercy House is a faith-rooted, community-focused organization based in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. They are seeking Guest Facilitators to lead weekly sessions in a Youth Life Skills Program, focusing on practical life skills through interactive presentations and hands-on activities.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver an interactive presentation grounded in your professional or lived experience
Facilitate a hands-on activity, simulation, or workshop that allows youth to practice or apply concepts
Encourage discussion, questions, and youth participation
Collaborate with the Program Lead during planning and delivery
Submit a proposed session outline/manuscript at least 2 weeks prior to your session
Be present and engaged for the full session time (3:00–7:00 PM)
Qualification
Required
Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in the session topic area
Prior experience working with youth and/or teaching, training, mentoring, or facilitating groups
Comfortable leading interactive, non-lecture-based learning
Able to communicate clearly, respectfully, and engagingly with young people
Open to feedback and collaboration
Preferred
Share real-world stories, including challenges and lessons learned
Value experiential learning over slides and lectures
Are enthusiastic, grounded, and relatable
Believe young people are capable and worth investing in
