Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment activities, from inbound receiving through outbound shipping

Lead and develop a large hourly workforce and frontline leadership team

Maintain retailer compliance across routing instructions, labeling, advance ship notices, OTIF performance, and chargeback avoidance

Drive key performance metrics tied to accuracy, productivity, safety, and service levels

Partner with senior operations leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Oversee distribution to large national retail partners and e-commerce channels

Leverage warehouse systems and reporting tools (WMS, ERP, EDI, Excel) to improve visibility and execution

Champion safety, quality, and continuous process improvement

Build and retain a strong warehouse team through hiring, coaching, and performance management

Required

Extensive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations at least 50,000+ square feet

Proven success managing large-scale teams in a high-volume consumer products environment

Background supporting shipments to major national retailers with strict compliance requirements (e.g. Walmart, JCPenney, Costco, etc.)

Strong working knowledge of retailer routing guides, EDI transactions, and chargeback prevention

Comfortable with warehouse systems and data-driven reporting

Hands-on, accountable, and energized by floor-level leadership
