Account Resolutions Representative

Responsibilities

Complete all necessary documentation on delinquent loans within credit union procedures and policies
Recommend repossessions, transfer loan payments, and collect on delinquent loans and visas
Call members with problem accounts and assist them over the phone while providing outstanding service and recommendations
May interview delinquent members in office
Analyze loan documentation, assist with disability claims, and complete all necessary reports
Maintain current knowledge on all credit union products

Required

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive member relationships
General experience and knowledge with computers and technological applications
1-3 years of similar or related experience
High School education or GED
