Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Research Associate – Downstream Processing to support protein purification process development and characterization activities. The ideal candidate will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute to downstream process optimization and scale-up efforts.

Responsibilities

Perform laboratory experiments supporting biologics purification and process development

Support downstream operations including chromatography, filtration (UF/DF), centrifugation, and virus clearance

Analyze and interpret data; document findings and present results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer and GMP manufacturing support

Contribute to process validation, characterization reports, and regulatory documentation

Qualification

Required

BS (2+ years experience) or MS (1+ years experience) in Biochemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

Experience in protein purification and downstream processing

Strong communication, technical writing, and teamwork skills

Preferred

Familiarity with analytical techniques such as SEC/HPLC, CE, or HCP testing

Knowledge of cGMP and bioprocess scale-up
