Responsibilities
Provides management and operational support for college grants from award to close-out, to include federal, state, local, and private awards that advance the College’s mission and priorities
Ensures that grant awards are implemented in accordance with the approved grant proposal and budget and are adhering to all relevant government, College, and program-specific regulations and requirements
Utilizes a high level of organizational, communication and critical thinking skills in addition to independent judgment in making decisions within the realm of their responsibilities
Serves as a liaison between grant project managers, College administrative units, external partners, and grantor/agency officers regarding interpretation of and adherence to regulations and requirements, the performance and fiscal management of grant projects, and desk reviews and audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Six years of relevant grant-related experience
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Ability to develop and modify budgets
Ability to resolve issues related to project implementation
Experience in working collaboratively with various groups including senior administrators, staff, faculty, federal and state officials, and community stakeholders
Preferred
Master's degree
