Responsibilities
Acts as the primary support contact for the application's end-users
Identifies issues that arise in own application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and works to resolve them
Guides workflow design, builds and tests the system, and analyzes other technical issues associated with Epic software
Identifies and implements requested changes to the system
Qualification
Required
Experience in Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Revenue Cycle or Health Information Management preferred
Bachelor's degree in an HIM, Information Technology, Finance, or related field is preferred
If applicable, must have necessary clinical licensure required by the State of Louisiana
Applicable Epic certification highly desirable
Experience in clinical and/or financial applications within a healthcare/physician practice environment preferred OR 1-3 years of relevant clinical, business or technical experience
Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are also required
