Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday testing across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
Own data migration testing including validation, reconciliation, and parallel testing
Define and execute test strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT
Drive integration testing between Workday and third-party systems
Manage testing timelines, risks, and dependencies across onshore and offshore teams
Track and manage defects, coordinate triage, and ensure timely resolution
Provide test status reports, metrics, and go-live readiness updates to stakeholders
Mentor QA team members and enforce testing best practices

Required

Strong Workday testing experience across HCM and Payroll modules
Data migration and end-to-end testing experience
Integration and UAT testing expertise
Test strategy, planning, and execution leadership
Tools: JIRA, Zephyr, Opkey or TOSCA
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
10–12+ years in QA/Testing with strong Workday program experience
Prior experience leading testing for large Workday implementations or migration programs

Preferred

Senior Workday testing professional capable of leading data migration, integration, and enterprise testing for a complex Workday implementation
