Responsibilities
Develop and execute automated test strategies for embedded safety‑critical features
Create sampling procedures, test instructions, and reporting documentation for quality and reliability metrics
Evaluate precision and accuracy of production, measurement, and analytical equipment
Support defect triage, issue resolution, and troubleshooting activities
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, integration activities, and validation planning
Guide team members involved in measuring/testing products and analyzing data
Interpret system‑level feature documentation and translate it into robust test plans
Collaborate with global stakeholders across engineering and validation teams
Contribute to sprint-based agile development processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering field
5–7 years of relevant industry experience
Strong background in test automation and scripting
Automated test design and execution
Strong Python scripting experience (test automation focus)
Ability to propose solutions when features fail acceptance criteria
Understanding of system-level design documentation
Experience with datalink test equipment
Concise technical writing
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse, results‑oriented teams
Preferred
Functional Safety (FuSa)
Safety of the Intended Function (SOTIF)
Robotics, autonomy, or detection sensor systems
Experience working in embedded C++/Linux/GitHub environments
