Technical Support Engineer - UX

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to support and improve platform functionality
Serve as the last point of escalation within technical support, driving issues to resolution
Provide proactive guidance and tactical engagement on critical platform issues
Maintain technical expertise in assigned product areas and deliver training as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional work experience in a technical support or related role
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Proficiency in frontend browser debugging
Ability to decode JSON strings using JavaScript
Strong understanding of frontend vs. backend development concepts
