Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Communications)
Strong interest in HR operations, data, systems, or process‑driven work
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn across multiple HR specialties
