They are seeking an ACTES Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for the implementation of a workforce development program aimed at reducing violence involvement and recidivism among high-risk adult men.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to ensure high-fidelity implementation of the READI program model in the South Hilltop, including workforce development and behavioral health programming
Oversees participant-centered, trauma-informed services using data-informed practices and continuous quality improvement
Supervises, develops, and supports staff while collaborating with the community, partners, employers, and organizational leadership to advance program goals
Builds and manages referral systems, case management processes, and monitoring of participant progress
Coordinates internal and external partners to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with the program model
Establishes and oversees data collection, reporting, quality assurance to support program learning and meet programmatic requirements

Required

Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required
Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance
Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays
No current group or gang affiliations; no pending criminal cases

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred and 5 years of experience
Knowledge of the local South Hilltop community preferred, including the ecosystem of violence prevention, intervention, and reduction organizations and actors, as well as local supports and service providers preferred
Individuals with criminal records and other lived experience are encouraged to apply
