Responsibilities
Help build specialized AI agents and agentic workflows within our Amazon Quick Suite platform to address specific business challenges
Assist in developing and deploying AI-driven applications and multi-agent workflow orchestration
Develop skills in prompt engineering techniques and context engineering for AI Agents to optimize performance for specific solution requirements
Work with various customer-facing teams to understand problem requirements and help build appropriate AI solutions
Support testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure they effectively address business problems
Create documentation for AI solutions, implementation processes, and user guides to drive enablement within our teams
Assist in supporting teams on AI solutions and troubleshooting issues
Help monitor AI solution effectiveness and gather feedback for solution refinement
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience building AI solutions and agentic workflows that support services teams and drive customer retention
Understanding of how to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions
Mentorship from experienced AI professionals
Exposure to enterprise-level AI solution development in customer operations
Skills in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for specific business challenges
