Responsibilities
Set goals and objectives for the co-op rotation in collaboration with the assignment leader
Support cross-functional teams and contribute to projects across multiple levels of the organization
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in developing practical solutions
Support the planning and execution of project initiatives within the assigned team
Apply analytical approaches to problem solving and decision-making
Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team activities
Participate in regular feedback and development discussions with the assignment leader
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
Expected graduation date of May 2028 or later
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
Interest in gaining exposure across multiple areas of the supply chain, including manufacturing, sourcing, supplier quality, materials, distribution, fulfillment, and advanced manufacturing
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
Reliable daily transportation to and from the work location is required
Preferred
Previous co-op or internship experience
Demonstrated leadership involvement in academic, campus, or community activities
Strong analytical thinking, initiative, communication, and teamwork skills, supported by coursework or related project experience in the candidate's field of study
