Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of complex Salesforce programs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
Define program goals, scope, and deliverables; establish timelines and milestones
Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations
Develop program documentation including charters, status reports, and risk management plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize collaboration and resource allocation
Monitor program progress and resolve issues for successful delivery
Report on program metrics and updates to stakeholders and senior management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration; Master's preferred
11+ years of general work experience
5 years leading enterprise Salesforce projects with a focus on Agile and PMP certification
2 years managing IT DevSecOps projects with teams of 15+ on Agile frameworks
3+ years in business process analysis and change management
Active U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
