Power Automate Expertise
Strong understanding of cloud flows, desktop flows, and unattended execution
Automation anywhere Expertise
Strong understanding of control room, Bot agents and services, and unattended execution
Server Administration
Experience with Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and multi-session configuration
Bot Monitoring & Incident Management
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; strong troubleshooting skills across automation and infrastructure
Networking Fundamentals
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and port management
Security & Compliance
Credential management, audit logging, and access controls
Communication
Clear documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
