Responsibilities
Working as part of a team in the design and implementation of a global Front Office application, with a focus on real-time delivery and aggregation of large datasets
Working with the business management team and desk heads to drive project requirements and prioritization
Partnering with other Fixed Income front office team leads to promote framework reusability across all businesses
Confidently contributing to projects and seeing them through to production
Working and collaborating with teams across business lines and regions
Assisting with design and code reviews
Working within a CI environment and be comfortable with the full SDLC process
Improving and maintaining existing codebase based on team guidelines
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in front office system development
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to work well with business managers, traders and developers
Broad spectrum knowledge of Financial IT environments
Preferred
In-depth knowledge of US Rates Product Offering (Treasury, Swap and Agency) is a plus
Knowledge of AWS services (S3, RedShift, Postgres, EC2, Glue) is a plus
