Someone with strong, recent S/4 and ECC experience—not just testing, but true functional/technical hands-on work
A candidate who can read code, debug, and troubleshoot without relying heavily on developers
Solid understanding of manufacturing and make-to-order processes, or at least real-world exposure to those environments
Someone who can write both functional and technical specs, gather business requirements, and comfortably lead or participate in discussions
Clear, confident communication skills (this is something Duane emphasized several times)
Bonus areas include TM, EWM, PPDS, and familiarity with Fiori. (ESPECIALLY TM)
